Privacy & project requests

Your name, phone, ZIP, selected service, project description and consent are used to hold a private project inquiry. Email and the full project address are optional. Share only the information needed to describe the work.

Private request review

Submitting saves a private inquiry and gives you a receipt. Your request is delivered to our intake team through a private Telegram notification so we can follow up. It does not publish your information or book work. The consent field records permission for project follow-up and possible sharing with a potential provider; any later handoff remains a separate operational step.

Technical and sensitive details

The form uses a submission nonce to identify a request and handle retries. Avoid sending payment details, identity documents, door codes or sensitive personal information. Use the project form for work details. For a privacy question, correction or deletion request, call the number below and provide your receipt if you have it.

Optional roof measurement

The replacement budget tool can use the address you enter to request satellite roof information and imagery. Confirm the roof outline before using detected area. A result is a planning range, not a repair diagnosis or quote. The address is sent to Google’s Geocoding and Solar services to find the property and roof data. Measurement details are attached to a budget inquiry only when you choose to include them. Stored Google-derived measurement details expire after 30 days; your project inquiry remains separate.

Call (360) 515-4580 to ask about information we hold, correct your project details or request deletion. Keep your receipt to help us locate the right request. Project records support follow-up and administration; this page does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed date.
